As the Health and Fitness Manager at Vale, I lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of wellness and fitness programs designed to support the health, safety, and productivity of our workforce. I oversee gym operations, develop evidence-based fitness initiatives, and collaborate with health professionals to promote a culture of well-being.
My role includes managing a team of fitness staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and aligning wellness strategies with corporate health goals. I also analyze health metrics, track program outcomes, and adapt offerings to meet the evolving needs of employees. My mission is to create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment that empowers individuals to take charge of their health and thrive both personally and professionally.
