Welcome to Be Her Fitness – Your Space, Your Strength 
Be Her Fitness is more than just a gym — it’s a supportive, empowering community built by women, for women. Designed to be a safe, inclusive, and inspiring space, Be Her Fitness welcomes women from all backgrounds, cultures, and fitness levels to come together and thrive. 
At Be Her, we believe every woman deserves a space where she can feel comfortable, confident, and focused on her goals. Our all-female environment remove the intimidation factor that often comes with traditional gyms, creating a friendly and uplifting atmosphere where every woman can feel at home. 
We pride ourselves on being a multicultural community, celebrating the diversity and strength of our members. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, you’ll find a welcoming space where you’re seen, heard, and supported. 

SERVICES AT BE HER FITNESS

KidZone
Our Greenvale studio is child-friendly, making it easy for you to schedule exercise into your day. Suitable for children aged 3 months to 12 years, our KidZone has toys and books to keep your child occupied. *No food or drink apart from water is allowed into the KidZone for your child’s safety and others.
7 days a week access

Be Her Fitness is open to members from 6AM-midnight, 7 days a week. We understand that sometimes you need a little extra time to fit everything into your day. We hold security with the up-most importance. Integrated access and security surveillance ensures the gym is safe and secure for all members. Each member will receive a personal access token, that monitors their entry.

Train together

Be Her Fitness classes are designed to be fun and are included in your membership. We offer a variety of classes including pilates, boot camp, HIIT, Strength and so much more. Each session is instructed by an experienced trainer, who will motivate you to reach new levels with your performance.

Personal Training

Feel and see a difference with a Personal Training Package. We take pride in helping you be the best you can be. Through the knowledge and friendly support of our Personal Trainers, we help you achieve things you never thought were possible. We offer 1-on-1 and small group Personal Training on most days.

Be Her Fitness is a very friendly & welcoming gym with a terrific culture.   Our trainers work hard to create a positive community where women can work together to achieve their goals.

At Be Her Fitness you’ll find a comfortable place for women. No more self-conscious dash across the weights room or working out in a fish bowl! Even the newest exercisers will feel comfortable in our friendly community of like-minded women. The variety of workout options are suitable for beginner to advanced fitness levels and progress with you to keep you challenged.
